Privacy Notice for AI Systems

White Bx Project, S.A.P.I. de C.V., in the use of various technologies such as Maltego, Lumen5, Notion, MOBILedit, ChatGPT, Gemini, Airtable, and SurveyMonkey, acknowledges and adheres to the privacy policies and terms of use applicable to each of these tools in order to operate them for the benefit of the organization and its clients. Compliance with such policies, as well as with applicable legislation, constitutes the foundation for the responsible use of artificial intelligence.

We recognize that our clients retain ownership of their data. Accordingly, our General Privacy Notice informs users that their data is protected and may only be used for statistical and scientific purposes aimed at improving the quality of our services. Such data will be processed solely within the lifecycle of our professional training programs, in the case of educational services, and in connection with other services provided by the entity.

Data Collection

The data requested for our professional training programs is collected through forms in order to provide training services and includes seven categories: name, email address, phone number, job position, workplace, academic background, and Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC). Such data is voluntarily provided by participants at the time of submission.

Data Quality

In order to ensure that the data provided by participants is accurate and reliable, WBP implements a management process through which the information is verified and validated on an ongoing basis, ensuring its continuous accuracy and integrity.

Data Storage

Validated participant information is stored in a secure database.
