Terms and Conditions
Welcome
Welcome, and thank you for enrolling in the courses, training programs, certifications, workshops, seminars, or other academic activities offered by White Bx Project Institute (“WBP”). By completing payment and registration for any of the services offered through our website, including CAIO training programs and custom courses (collectively, the “Training Programs”), the participant expressly agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Code of Ethics.
Enrollment and Access
Admission to the Training Programs is subject to availability and completion of the registration form. WBP may contact the participant via phone or video call to verify submitted information and confirm enrollment and payment.
Administrative inquiries regarding admission, payment, or invoicing shall be addressed via: coordinacionacademica@whiteboxproject.institute and/or wilfrido.aranda@whiteboxproject.institute
Academic inquiries regarding activities, evaluations, webinars, materials, or certification processes shall be addressed via: coordinacionacademica@whiteboxproject.institute
Use of Program Content
Participants agree not to copy, redistribute, sell, or use the Training Program content for commercial purposes, external academic use, or public dissemination without the prior written consent of WBP’s Founder and/or Academic Coordination. Any external commercial use shall be subject to a separate agreement.
Payment Methods
WBP offers the following payment options:
Installment Payments
Participants may pay in up to three installments according to the schedule established for each course. Payment instructions and banking details will be provided by Academic Coordination.
Full Payment with Discount
Participants may obtain a discount by paying in full before the specified deadline. The applicable percentage will be confirmed via email.
Full Payment without Discount
Participants may pay the full amount at any time prior to course commencement.
Credit Card Installments
Payments by credit card may be made in installments (up to twelve months), subject to financial institution terms. A surcharge of up to 4.5% may apply. The total amount payable will be disclosed in advance.
Modification of Payment Methods
WBP may modify available payment methods for operational or commercial reasons. Such changes will not affect previously accepted conditions and will apply only to new enrollments.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing within five (5) business days following payment, provided the course has not commenced. Requests must include proof of payment and a brief explanation.
No refunds shall be granted once the course has started.
If approved, refunds will be processed within thirty (30) business days.
Exceptions to Refund Policy
WBP may grant refunds under exceptional circumstances, including:
a) Course cancellation or rescheduling attributable to WBP, allowing either a full refund or transfer to a future session.
b) Force majeure or events preventing course delivery.
c) Verifiable billing errors, including duplicate or incorrect charges.
d) Extraordinary personal circumstances (e.g., serious illness), subject to evaluation.
Intellectual Property Right
All Training Program content, including methodologies, materials, and evaluations, constitutes the intellectual property of WBP or its collaborators and is protected under applicable law.
Reproduction, distribution, or use beyond educational purposes is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
Access to courses and materials is personal and non-transferable. Unauthorized access or sharing is prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund, without prejudice to legal actions.
Limitation of Liability
WBP provides high-quality educational services; however:
Scope of Training
Outcomes depend on factors beyond WBP’s control, including organizational, technological, or regulatory conditions. No specific results are guaranteed.
Use of Information
Participants assume full responsibility for any use of acquired knowledge outside the educational context.
Content Currency
While WBP strives to maintain updated content, it does not guarantee continued accuracy due to evolving legal and technological frameworks.
Technological Access
WBP is not liable for interruptions caused by third-party platforms or external providers.
Limitation of Damages
To the extent permitted by law, WBP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including financial losses or business interruptions. This does not exclude non-waivable liability under applicable consumer protection law.
Indemnification
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless WBP, its directors, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
a) breach of these Terms;
b) misuse of program content;
c) violation of applicable laws; or
d) infringement of third-party rights.
Modifications to Terms
WBP may modify these Terms for legal, operational, or academic reasons. Changes will apply to new enrollments upon publication. Existing participants will not be affected unless required by law, in which case notice will be provided.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws and courts of Mexico City.

White Bx Project considers it essential to inform how artificial intelligence is used in an ethical, responsible, and secure manner within its services. Accordingly, the following information is provided:
1.Maltego is used ethically by our technical personnel exclusively during client meetings to enhance understanding through the creation of demonstration materials. During such sessions, it is necessary to explain how and from where the software obtains data, enabling clients to understand the precautions required.
The platform’s policies address data security and the responsible use of collected information. Compliance with applicable data protection laws is mandatory.

4.Airtable is used specifically for the creation of databases. It is expressly noted that personal data of clients is not uploaded to this platform.

5.ChatGPT is used to obtain suggestions or second opinions on various matters, guiding research and ideation processes. It is employed for routine business activities and always under human supervision, ensuring non-discrimination and safeguarding data privacy at all times.
ChatGPT prioritizes user data privacy and security. Conversations may be processed to improve the model, while maintaining user anonymity and respecting privacy preferences.

White Bx Project has no control over the modification, correction, or updating of the aforementioned tools, nor are such tools managed by any third party outside the organization on its behalf.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any client believes that their rights have been infringed through the use of AI systems, White Bx Project provides a communication channel to receive comments, suggestions, or complaints regarding the use of such tools, in order to adopt preventive measures or, where appropriate, file claims before the competent administrative or judicial authorities.
