White Bx Project, S.A.P.I. de C.V. and/or The White Box Project Institute (WBP), with address for service of process at Newton 186, 2025-A, Polanco V Sección, Miguel Hidalgo, C.P. 11500, Mexico City, hereby informs you that any personal data, sensitive personal data, and financial or patrimonial data (collectively, the “Data”) provided by you will be protected in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its Regulations, guidelines, parameters, and other applicable provisions (the “Law”).

Purpose

This Privacy Notice governs the manner, terms, and conditions under which WBP is authorized by the Data Subject to collect, process, and transfer personal data in compliance with the Law.

The Data Subject declares, under oath, that they are aware of and agree to the following:

The Data Subject further declares that all information provided is true, complete, and accurate, and assumes full responsibility for such data.

Data Collected

• Personal Data: Individuals: Full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, official identification, proof of address, Tax ID (RFC), Tax Status Certificate (CSF), or CURP.
• Legal Entities: Corporate name, articles of incorporation, power of attorney of legal representative, proof of address, tax domicile, RFC, and the representative’s personal data as listed above.
• Financial Data: Bank account and CLABE number.

Sensitive Data

The Data Subject declares that no sensitive personal data (including racial or ethnic origin, health status, genetic data, religious or philosophical beliefs, union membership, political opinions, or sexual preference) will be provided. Accordingly, WBP will not process sensitive personal data.

Principles

All data will be processed in accordance with the principles of legality, quality, consent, information, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and accountability set forth in the Law.

Purposes of Processing

The Data collected will be used for the following purposes:1. Identification, verification, contact, and record creation of providers, service providers, or experts.

2. Execution of legal acts by mutual consent.

3. Processing payments derived from such legal acts.

4. Compliance with anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, and governmental regulations.

5. Verification of identity, tax regime, and academic credentials.

6. Use of photographs for academic or administrative records, institutional website, informational materials, and dissemination of academic activities.

Data Protection Measures

Data will be safeguarded through administrative, technical, physical, and electronic security measures to prevent damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or disclosure.

ARCO Rights
